Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, HR, etc.).
  • Prepare accurate MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy in all reports.
  • System & Database Maintenance
  • Maintain and update sheet /SAP databases with current information.
  • Coordinate with SAP team for any data or system-related issues.
  • Support the integration of data systems across departments.
  • Analysis & Decision Support
  • Analyze data trends and prepare insights for management decision-making.
  • Identify discrepancies or abnormalities and provide corrective recommendations.
  • Track performance against set targets and generate variance analysis.
  • Process & Documentation
  • Maintain proper documentation of reports and backups for audit purposes.
  • Support process automation and standardization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with respective teams to ensure timely data submission.
  • Cross-Department Coordination
  • Liaise with Finance, Sales, Purchase, and Production teams to ensure alignment of reports and data.
  • Support management in preparing presentations, summaries, and ad-hoc reports.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of SAP systems or similar ERP platforms.
  • Good understanding of Web Apps and Google Apps Script.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.
  • Ability to handle large data sets and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau for dashboard creation.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying tools.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or trading industry.
  • Understanding of business process flow across departments (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR).
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Power Query, Power Automate, or VBA.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Statistics, or Business Administration.
  • Certification in Data Analysis / MIS / Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
