About the Role

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Work with large data sets to create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Automate reports and ensure timely delivery of accurate data.
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reports.
Support in preparing presentations and business review reports using Google Suite.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in
Google Suite
(Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Forms).
Advanced knowledge of
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar reporting/analyst role.
