Job Description

Data management: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources while ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and security.
Reporting: Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports, create dashboards, and prepare presentations to present data insights to management and other stakeholders.
System maintenance: Manage and maintain the company's Management Information Systems, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring the smooth operation of data processing and reporting.
Collaboration: Work with different departments to understand their data requirements and provide relevant support and solutions.
System development: Assist in the development and implementation of new reporting tools, databases, and improvements to MIS systems and processes.
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures and processes.
Data security and compliance: Implement and monitor data management procedures and policies to ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.

Essential skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is often a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.
