Job Description

Data Management:- Collect, organize, and maintain data related to solar projects, including procurement, installation, and maintenance. - Develop and manage databases for project tracking and reporting. Reporting: - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, financials, and resource allocation. - Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights to management. Coordination: - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure data accuracy. - Act as a liaison between departments to streamline information flow. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), PowerPoint, and other reporting tools. - Knowledge of ERP systems and project management software is a plus. Problem-Solving: - Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. - Provide actionable insights to optimize project execution.
