MIS Executive

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing data, generating reports, analyzing trends, and supporting management with accurate and timely information. The role involves maintaining databases, preparing dashboards, monitoring daily activities, and ensuring smooth data flow across departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Reporting

• Collect, compile, and verify data from various departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update internal databases and documentation.
• Generate accurate and timely reports for management review.

Analysis & Decision Support

• Analyze data trends and highlight key insights to support decision-making.
• Identify errors or inconsistencies and coordinate with teams for correction.
• Assist in preparing business performance dashboards and presentations.

Process Management

• Monitor operational activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Improve reporting processes and formats for better understanding.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data-driven requirements.

Software & System Handling

• Work on MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, or other reporting tools.
• Use advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP, and Data Validation.
• Support system updates, testing, and new reporting automation.

Key Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Knowledge of ERP and reporting tools (preferred).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data management (fresher with strong Excel skills can also apply).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
