Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the organization's data systems, preparing reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring accurate, timely, and secure flow of information for decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with departments such as sales, finance, HR, and operations. - Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports using Excel, SQL, and BI tools. - Monitor and manage data quality and integrity in databases. - Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency. - Analyze data to support business decision-making. - Generate dashboards and performance reports for management. - Coordinate with various departments to understand their data needs. - Assist in database maintenance and troubleshooting. - Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or IT support. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). - Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Good communication skills. Additional Details: The company provides cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is on a full-time basis with day and morning shifts available. There is a performance bonus offered based on achievements. The work location is in person.,
