The Role -Efficient and resourceful MIS Executive with proven expertise.

Skills Required:

❖ An MIS Executive who is good with Advance Excel.

❖ Thorough Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

❖ Should know Pivot Tables

❖ A background in Mathematics will help

Technical Skills

• MS Excel (Advanced) – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, charts, conditional formatting, macros.
• Database Management – Basic knowledge of SQL / MS Access for data extraction & queries.
• Reporting Tools – dashboard/reporting tools.
• ERP/CRM Knowledge – Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other business systems (as per company).
• Data Analysis – Ability to interpret large datasets and highlight key insights.
• Automation – Using Excel Macros, VBA, or scripting for reducing manual reporting.

Location: Candidates living in Jaipur will be considered (Must live within 30 minutes of Viman Nagar, Shyam Nagar and Mansarovar.

Experience:

1-3 years Working Experience as an MIS.

Key Responsibilities of an MIS Executive

• Data Management & Reporting
• Collect, compile, and maintain data from various departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Report Automation
• Use tools like Excel, SQL, or ERP systems to automate reporting.
• Create dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
• Analysis & Insights
• Analyze business data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
• Support decision-making by providing meaningful insights from reports.
• System & Database Handling
• Maintain MIS databases and ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with IT teams for troubleshooting system-related issues.
• Process Improvement
• Identify gaps in data management and suggest improvements.
• Standardize reporting formats and ensure compliance.
• Coordination & Communication
• Act as a bridge between management and different departments.
• Share reports and dashboards with relevant stakeholders on time.
• Confidentiality & Accuracy
• Handle sensitive business information with integrity.
• Ensure zero errors in reporting, as management decisions depend on it.

Salary:

Rs.20,000 to Rs. 25,000.
