Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS & Analytics Executive to lead data reporting, analysis, and performance tracking across Marketing, Digital, and Customer Support operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards covering lead generation, campaign effectiveness, digital conversions, and call center productivity. The role requires strong analytical ability, advanced Excel expertise, and a data-driven mindset to support strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering marketing, digital, and customer support functions.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Excel/Power BI) to monitor performance across channels.

Track key metrics such as lead flow, conversion %, campaign ROI, call connectivity, AHT, CSAT, and revenue contribution.

Marketing Channel wise disposition reports to understand lead quality and optimize campaigns

Generate insightful reports for management reviews integrating CRM, dialer, and digital platform data.

Build campaign-wise reports to assess digital and offline performance efficiency.

2. Data Management & Automation

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports.

Maintain a centralized data repository for Marketing and Customer Support KPIs.

Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy.

Automate recurring reports and processes using Excel Macros, VBA, and advanced formulas.

3. Insights & Decision Support

Analyze data to identify key trends, conversion gaps, and performance opportunities.

Provide actionable insights to management for optimizing marketing spends, campaign targeting, and lead management.

Support monthly and quarterly business review presentations with analytics-backed insights.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

Support the Customer Support and Sales teams with ad-hoc reports and analytical inputs.

Collaborate with all Stakeholders including IT, CRM , Dialer, Sales, Ops, Finance for reconciling revenue and incentive data related to digital and call operations.

Process Improvement & Strategic Reporting

Continuously improve reporting structures for better visibility into performance metrics.

Recommend new analytical approaches and visual formats for better data storytelling.

Support leadership in defining KPI frameworks and performance benchmarks across verticals.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Formulas, VBA).

Power BI / Google Data Studio / Tableau for dashboarding and visualization.

Working knowledge of CRM, Dialer, and Digital Campaign data handling.

Strong database management and reporting automation skills.
