Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage MIS operations, report preparation, and analysis.
Stock and Sales report compilation, Sell through Report, Analytical Skills (fill rate, TGT vs ACHV, Discounting, etc)
Advance excel and should be comfortable with pivot table and different formulas , should be creative with different excel formulas and aware of shortcuts
Utilize advanced Excel skills to create complex reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain databases using MS Access.
Prepare monthly sales reports for senior management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in a similar role within the Retail industry for Large Format Retail (LFR) and distribution (MBO/SIS)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with expertise in VLOOKUP functions.
Strong understanding of MIS principles and practices with ability to develop effective reporting solutions.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
