Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Onboarding & Transition:

Execute onboarding activities using standardized checklists.
Ensure seamless internal transitions and documentation.

Client Deliverables:

Prepare and send MIS and ad hoc reports to clients.
Record and maintain data on COGS, sales, and payroll.

Business Analytics & Maintenance:

Maintain clean and categorized data extract files into share point folders for accurate reporting.
Regular data analysis and ability to make sense out of it and report any alert or abnormal movements in data trends.
Analyze reports, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable insights.
Prepare client reports accurately on a daily basis using predefined templates.

Learning & Development:

Continuously seek process improvements and efficiency opportunities.

Time Management:

Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.

Problem Solving & Analysis:

Identify root causes of issues and propose creative, effective solutions.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & team members

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or client servicing roles.
Proficiency in Excel is must and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with MIS reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
