Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Gather, organize, and analyze data from various digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, advertising platforms & others.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track and communicate key digital marketing metrics and performance indicators.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the digital marketing data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to define data requirements, establish tracking mechanisms, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant metrics.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data deep-dives to answer specific business questions and support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and processes to streamline data analysis and reporting activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to propose innovative ways to leverage data for marketing insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure data integrity and consistency across different systems and platforms.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics platforms, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
