Key responsibilities includes:-
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations (financial, transaction-wise, vendor/customer, bank, system vs. books, etc.2.) Maintain and update Excel-based reports, MIS, and data tracker.3.) Prepare pivot tables, dashboards, and VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP-based reports.4.) Identify mismatches and follow up for resolution with internal teams5.) Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reconciliation outputs6.) Analyse trends and provide insights through Excel reports7.) Maintain proper documentation and version control of reconciliation files.8.)Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requirements
Required Skills:-
1.) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Cleaning, Filters, Text Functions, Basic Macros preferred.
2.) Solid understanding of reconciliation processes.3.) Ability to handle and analyse large volumes of data.
