Job Description

Position Name : MIS cum DATA ANALYST

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW ONLY

6 DAYS WORKING

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Automate reports using
Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP, MIS formulas, Macros required
)&
Power BI
.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation.
Prepare dashboards for management review.
Monitor process performance and highlight gaps or trends.
Assist in preparing presentations, business reviews, and summaries.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Support management in special projects, audits, and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting).
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or advanced analytics tools (added advantage).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle large data sets and maintain accuracy.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Work Experience

2-5 years of experience in MIS / Data management.
