MIS Coordinator

As an MIS Coordinator at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Overall 2 years experience in MIS/Project Coordination/Call Coordinator/Contact Center Coordinator - Proficiency in Advance excel and PowerPoint - Good communication skills oral and written - Call assignment to engineers and follow ups - Monitoring and response to all support emails - Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and applications - Follow up with engineers and ensure ticket closures within SLA - Experience working in incident triaging, incident call routing etc - Understand quickly on technologies used, identification of key stakeholders - Preparing daily reports - Escalation of ticket to the next level before SLA breach - Ready to work in the rotational shift - Command Center experience is preferred - Should be keen to work on 24*7 shifts Qualifications required for this role include: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Certification in Advance Excel, PowerPoint, and any other ITSM product like SNOW - Experience in manage services background and IT Helpdesk SME preferred - Experience in Ticket Assignment, Bin Management, and MIS reporting is an added advantage In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be required to work full-time on a permanent basis at our office in Gurgaon, Haryana.
