MIS Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing reports, managing data, updating software, and handling online food platforms. Your attention to detail and sense of responsibility will be key in ensuring the smooth operation of these tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain various stock reports and stock transfer reports. - Create and manage production planning reports. - Generate and submit daily sales reports for the accounts department. - Update product rates and photos on Software. - Maintain date-wise stock records for raw material and packaging material. - Maintain, manage, and update company software regularly. - Supervise digital security by ensuring all antivirus and firewalls are updated. - Oversee data protection practices and system maintenance. - Analyze existing operations/processes and create improvement plans. - Conduct research, attend workshops, and network with industry professionals. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in MIS / Operations. - Strong skills in Advanced Excel and data management. - Understanding of software maintenance and IT security. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
