As a Junior Executive / Senior Executive - MIS & Business Operations in the Telecom /Transmission/ Solar / Industrial Infrastructure industry, your role will be crucial in overseeing and refining business operations, driving strategic expansion, and ensuring operational excellence. Your primary focus will be on developing robust MIS, policies, and systems to manage PAN India portfolio of telecom towers, solar structures, and other industrial assets. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage comprehensive MIS dashboards and reports for monitoring PAN India operations. - Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. - Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for all operational verticals. - Oversee technical functions such as technical audits, reverse engineering, and tower strengthening & maintenance. - Serve as a key point of contact for clients, analyze feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement. - Identify new market opportunities, collaborate with the leadership team for business growth, and make data-driven recommendations. - Provide guidance to team leads across India, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field; MBA would be an advantage. - 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, MIS, or business development in the specified industries. - Proven experience in developing and managing MIS using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel. - Knowledge of technical processes including structural audits, tower maintenance, and strengthening projects. - Strong client-facing experience and understanding of the tendering process in relevant industries.
