MIS & Business Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and refining business operations, driving strategic expansion, and managing the MIS for a PAN India portfolio of telecom towers, solar structures, and other industrial assets. As a Junior Executive / Senior Executive in the Civil / Structural Engineering department, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and identifying growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage comprehensive MIS dashboards and reports for monitoring PAN India operations. - Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. - Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for all operational verticals. - Oversee technical functions such as technical audits, reverse engineering, and tower strengthening & maintenance. - Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with the leadership team for business growth strategies. - Provide guidance to team leads and circle leads across India for seamless coordination. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field. MBA preferred. - 5+ years of experience in operations, MIS, or business development within relevant industries. - Proven experience in developing and managing MIS for large-scale, PAN India operations. - Knowledge of technical processes including structural audits, tower maintenance, and strengthening projects. - Strong client-facing experience and understanding of tendering processes in relevant industries.
