MIS Analyst

Role & responsibilities: 1. Data Collection and Integration: Gather and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various data streams. Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions. 2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights . Prepare detailed business views and reports, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators. Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in an understandable and actionable manner. 3. Business Metrics and Health Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business health. Develop methodologies for measuring and reporting on business performance. Regularly update and maintain reports and dashboards to reflect current business status. 4. Representation and Communication: Represent the team in various forums, including management meetings, strategy sessions, and cross-functional working groups. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure that the team's work is visible and understood across the organization. 5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and provide necessary support. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. 6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
