Job Description

Overview

Oversee the maintenance, accuracy and integrity of employee data in HRIS
Design, generate and analyze HR reports to provide valuable insights to the leadership
Ensure that HR data is managed in compliance with legal and company data privacy policies
Develop and track HR performance metrics and key KPIs

What we need?

Need 2-6 years of strong experience in HR data analytics/MIS
Proficiency in data HRIS and data analysis tools
Understanding of HR processes and workflows
Good communication and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to collaborate across teams
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
