About the Company


About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Design and plan open-pit mines, including pit shells, phases, and haul roads.
  • Develop short-term and long-term production schedules to meet targets.
  • Plan drilling and blasting operations for safe and efficient rock breakage.
  • Coordinate with geology and survey teams for accurate data and block models.
  • Ensure slope stability and safety through geotechnical collaboration.
  • Manage mine planning software tools for digital planning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Tech in Mining Engineering.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Mine Planning, Operations, or Management.
  • Below 35 years.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with tools like

    Surpac, MineSight, Datamine, Xpac, Deswik

    , and

    CAD software

    .
  • Experience in mine designs and coordinating operational plans

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with geotechnical assessments.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations in mining.
