About the Company : Hiring for Mine Planning Manager - Coal based out at Ahmedabad for Adani Mining Business (Mining Tech Consultancy). About the Role : He will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of effective mine plans to optimize resource extraction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities : Design and plan open-pit mines, including pit shells, phases, and haul roads. Develop short-term and long-term production schedules to meet targets. Plan drilling and blasting operations for safe and efficient rock breakage. Coordinate with geology and survey teams for accurate data and block models. Ensure slope stability and safety through geotechnical collaboration. Manage mine planning software tools for digital planning. Qualifications & Experience : B.Tech in Mining Engineering. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Mine Planning, Operations, or Management. Below 35 years. Required Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with tools like Surpac, MineSight, Datamine, Xpac, Deswik , and CAD software . Experience in mine designs and coordinating operational plans Preferred Skills : Experience with geotechnical assessments. Knowledge of environmental regulations in mining.
