PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: -

• Middleware Cloud technologies, Middleware Integration, Middleware solutioning, Middleware messaging tools, Transformation from Monolithic to Microservices, Transformation and platform modernization.
• Database Cloud technologies, Database Integration & solutioning .
• Handle Database Part. (Like Oracle ,Ms-Sql)
• Handle middleware (like Weblogic, Jboss, Apache, Tomcat, HTTP Server, etc)
• Do Technical RCA of Problems and Systemic Improvements
• Strong implementation and mitigation experience in public cloud platforms
• Create Software Architecture and review Project Level Technical workflows
• Do Project Level Technical Impact Analysis of Changes
• Implement Clustering mechanism to reduce the administrative tasks
• Considerable initiative and discernment relative to problem determination / resolution and telephone etiquette
• Understand and articulate complex problems related to the specific technology.
• Provide business development support by assisting in RFP/ RFI response drafting, presentations, collateral creation, and formulating recommendations Support presales and create marketing collateral such case studies and capability deck.
• Capture and present projects capabilities to prospective clients in a way that highlights the unique selling proposition of solutions.
• Interface with community network to retain technology competitiveness.
• Work with the internal team to address escalations.
• Lead the technical discussions in customer governance calls.
• Interact with the user / customer / first level management.
• Project / Process Implementation.
• Handle specific technologies within projects.
• Participate in technical audits Points.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and stabilization of environment.
• Understand technical requirement and translate into design.
• Lead TIP initiatives and coordinate with CoE for the implementation of the same.
• Prepare/update/review run books/SOP/knowledge articles on specific technology areas.
• Plan Prepare, execute change process, change implementation, and standardize the change process.
