Middle School Coordinator

As a Coordinator Middle School at our chain of schools, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations and effective implementation of education programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of disciplinary actions and incidents involving students. To excel in this role, you should possess a Secondary-PG with B.Ed./CIDTT qualification, along with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. You should demonstrate competencies such as situational adaptability, compassion, mentoring skills, proactive nature, and effective communication. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and time management skills are also essential for this position. In addition to overseeing training procedures and academic guidelines, you will be expected to liaise with external parties, optimize work processes, and uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics.
