The position available is for a Middle School Coordinator (Grades 6-8) at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Public School, located on Faizabad Road, Anora Kala, Lucknow. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Supervise academics and co-curricular activities for Grades 6-8. - Ensure timely completion of syllabus and effective lesson delivery. - Provide guidance and support to middle school teachers. - Organize student enrichment programs, competitions, and events. - Communicate with parents to address academic and behavioral issues. - Maintain discipline and promote school values among students. - Conduct regular meetings to review academic progress. **Skills & Competencies:** - Leadership and organizational abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Understanding of middle school pedagogy and student needs. - Ability to manage and motivate teaching staff. **Experience Required:** - 3 to 5 years of experience as a Coordinator or in a middle school leadership role.
