Job Title: Mid-Level SAP GRC & Security Consultant

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level SAP GRC & Security Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining SAP systems, ensuring the smooth operation of SAP environments, and assisting with system performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP administration, with a solid understanding of various SAP modules and SAP architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Security Design & Implementation :

Strong hands-on experience of Implementing & managing SAP Security Roles, Profiles, Authorizations within SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, GTS, APO and Other SAP Applications.
Manage user access and authorization roles within SAP systems
Managing User Access & Role Admin activities of Satellite Systems or Non-SAP Systems.
Perform user access management activities, including creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts and roles.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure that users have the right level of access based on their job responsibilities.
Conduct regular reviews of roles, user access, and security settings to maintain compliance and minimize security risks.
Missing Authorizations, Tracing, Table Administration & Transport Management
Mass User Administration Activities and Role Administration Activities

GRC AC Management :

Implement of GRC AC Configurations, Integration Scenarios, Connector Group, EUP.
Implement SAP GRC Access Control for user access management & Role Design.
Worked on Centralized and De-Centralized EAM Configurations
Enabling the FFID Master Data for Implementation and Support Activities
Implementation of SoD Ruleset (Standard & Customization)
SAP GRC & Authorization Management.
Enabling the MSMP Standard & Customized Workflows for JML Processes.
Perform periodic SAP security assessments, including vulnerability assessments and remediation actions, to mitigate potential risks.
Security Incident Management, Change Management & Troubleshooting.
Provide security support for SAP systems, investigating access issues, troubleshooting authorization errors, and ensuring proper resolution.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication.
Documentation & Reporting as part of Standard & Customized Enhancement Activities.
Configure and maintain SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to manage security roles, risk management, and audit compliance.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all Security-related documentation including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand security aspects of SAP modules and integration points to ensure that security measures align with business needs.
Communicate effectively with business and IT teams regarding security concerns, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Document security configurations, processes, and controls for audit and compliance purposes.
Provide regular reports on security activities, user access reviews, SoD reviews assessments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules.
Proficiency in SAP User Admin, Role Admin, Troubleshooting, .
Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

Certifications:

SAP Security Certification (or equivalent) is a plus

SAP GRC Certification (or equivalent) is a plus.

Tools & Technologies:

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM, ITIL, etc.) is a plus.

Communication & Teamwork:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Cloud Platform or HANA Cloud is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration and cloud solutions.
