We’re on the lookout for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer
We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories. In this role, you’ll blend creativity with strategic thinking to produce impactful designs that elevate our brand presence across digital, print, and social platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every visual element communicates effectively, looks exceptional, and aligns with our brand identity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design & Create: Develop high-quality visual assets, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, brochures, infographics, presentations, newsletters, event branding, and print materials.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and visual identity across all design deliverables.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Project Ownership: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously - handling everything from concept development to final artwork with precision and creativity.
- Innovation & Exploration: Leverage AI-assisted design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Runway, ChatGPT, Kling, Grok etc.) to enhance workflow and spark fresh creative ideas.
- Quality & Consistency: Maintain attention to detail in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to ensure every output meets professional standards.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with design trends, industry innovations, and emerging technologies to keep our visual communication modern and engaging.
Key Skills We’re Excited About
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (essential).
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, and composition.
- Experience in designing for both digital and print mediums—balancing creativity with practicality.
- Strong conceptual thinking - able to translate complex ideas into simple, impactful visuals.
- Familiarity with brand design systems and corporate identity management.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
Experience: 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience (preferably a mix of corporate and creative agency exposure).
