Open RFCs (required as part of the change management process) for any changes to be performed on production environment.
- Usage of MicroStrategy Tools like Developer, Object Manager
- Perform CR deployments from Development to Production by moving Packages
- Usage of Workstation
- Development of MSTR Objects, Reports and Dashboards
- Administration of MSTR Platform.
- Experience of working on Windows Server platform.
- Users/Groups/Roles/Licenses Management.
- Experience of working on Version Upgrades.
- Interacting with MSTR regional Support team to track issues.
Should have good knowledge on data base query and stored procedures
