As a Senior Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Demonstrating expertise in IT infrastructure, specifically at a senior level. - Utilizing your advanced knowledge of Microstrategy at a senior level. - Applying your mid-level proficiency in MS Power BI. - Leveraging your mid-level skills in SAP Business Objects. - Implementing ITIL & AGILE methodologies at a mid-level. Your role will require a solid foundation in service management at both application and platform levels. You will be expected to drive technical excellence, innovation, and quality while effectively communicating and managing relationships at various levels in a multicultural and multi-location environment. Additionally, having a good command of the English language will be essential for success in this position. In this role, you will work with tools such as IT infrastructure, Microstrategy, MS Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and ITIL & AGILE methodologies. Your ability to lead a team, coupled with your technical proficiency, will be key to achieving success in this position.,
