Job Summary:

Microsoft Teams applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy

  custom Microsoft Teams apps

  (tabs, bots, messaging extensions).
• Build and integrate

  Copilot Agents

  leveraging the

  M365 Copilot Agent SDK

  to deliver AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs using

  C#/.NET

  for Teams and Copilot integrations.
• Work extensively with

  Microsoft Graph API

  for data access and integration across Microsoft 365 services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using

  Azure Active Directory (AAD)

  .
• Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Teams apps and Copilot experiences.
• Optimize performance and ensure compliance with Microsoft security and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing Teams apps and Copilot solutions.
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 platform advancements, SDK updates, and AI integration best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing

  Microsoft Teams apps

  (tabs, bots, messaging extensions).
• Hands-on experience with

  M365 Copilot Agent SDK

  development.
• Strong proficiency in:

• JavaScript/TypeScript

  ,

  React

  , and

  Node.js

  for front-end development.

• C#/.NET

  for backend services and API development.
• Familiarity with

  Microsoft Graph API

  and RESTful services.
• Experience with

  Azure services

  , including

  Azure Functions

  ,

  Bot Framework

  , and

  AAD

  .
• Understanding of

  OAuth 2.0

  ,

  OpenID Connect

  , and secure app development practices.
• UX/UI design principles and ability to collaborate with designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Knowledge of

  and integration with Microsoft Copilot capabilities is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  Power Platform

  (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with

• Microsoft certifications in
