Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled developer with experience in building Microsoft Teams applications and developing Copilot Agents using the Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent SDK. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, modern web development, AI integration, and user experience design.

Design, develop, and deploy custom Microsoft Teams apps (tabs, bots, messaging extensions).
Build and integrate Copilot Agents leveraging the M365 Copilot Agent SDK to deliver AI-powered productivity solutions.
Develop backend services and APIs using C#/.NET for Teams and Copilot integrations.
Work extensively with Microsoft Graph API for data access and integration across Microsoft 365 services.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure Active Directory (AAD).
Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Teams apps and Copilot experiences.
Optimize performance and ensure compliance with Microsoft security and governance standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing Teams apps and Copilot solutions.
Proven experience developing Microsoft Teams apps (tabs, bots, messaging extensions).
Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot Agent SDK development.
JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js for front-end development.
C#/.NET for backend services and API development.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and RESTful services.
