Microsoft Pre-sales / Solution architect

As an experienced candidate with 1 to 7 years in IT, your role will involve developing solutions, planning, and delivering proof of concepts and demonstrations. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure successful pre-sales processes. Your ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions will be crucial in directly interacting with customers to explain the proposed solutions. Your responsibilities will include liaising with internal execution teams to prepare complex solutions, architectures, Statements of Work (SoW), efforts, and proposals. It will be important for you to stay updated on market trends, Microsoft releases, and product updates. Furthermore, you will work on enhancing in-house solutions and continuously improving or updating intellectual properties (IPs). Additionally, you will be involved in delivering technical workshops and engaging with the Microsoft team for pre-sales activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop solutions and deliver proof of concepts and demonstrations - Collaborate with the sales team for successful pre-sales closure - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions - Interact with customers to explain proposed solutions - Coordinate with internal execution teams for preparing complex solutions, architectures, SoW, efforts, and proposals - Stay updated on market trends, Microsoft releases, and product updates - Enhance in-house solutions and continuously improve or update IPs - Conduct technical workshops - Engage with the Microsoft team for pre-sales activities Qualifications Required: - IT Graduate - Technical/product knowledge: - Product knowledge around 0365/M365 - Understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS offerings - Knowledge of Microsoft security/MDM offerings like DLP, Intune, etc. - Familiarity with Power Platform products, including Power BI - Understanding of D365 products like CE, F&O, and BC - Understanding or working experience in SharePoint or .Net would be highly valued. In this role, your expertise in IT and product knowledge will be essential for providing innovative solutions to customers. Your understanding of various Microsoft products and technologies will enable you to contribute effectively to the pre-sales process and deliver successful outcomes.,
