Position Overview

Skills

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in Power Platform tools, best practices, and governance.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements and organizational objectives.
Application Development:
- Develop custom applications using
  PowerApps
  (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) to address business challenges.
- Lead the development and management of websites and portals using
  Power Pages
  , integrating with backend systems securely.
Workflow Automation:
- Design and implement workflows and process automations using
  Power Automate
  (including RPA for repetitive tasks).
- Optimize and troubleshoot complex workflows to ensure seamless automation.
Chatbot Integration:
- Build and manage intelligent chatbots with
  Power Virtual Agents
  to enhance user interactions and streamline processes.
Data Integration and Management:
- Utilize
  Microsoft Dataverse
  to create and manage robust data environments for Power Platform solutions.
- Oversee data integrations using pre-built and custom connectors, ensuring compatibility with systems like SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.
AI-Driven Solutions:
- Incorporate
  AI Builder
  features such as predictive analytics, sentiment analysis, and object detection into Power Platform solutions.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify challenges, and recommend Power Platform solutions.
- Prepare training materials and documentation to support end-users and technical teams.
Support and Governance:
- Monitor and maintain Power Platform solutions for performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Implement governance policies, role-based access controls, and data security measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with
Microsoft Power Platform tools
: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents,
Microsoft Dataverse
, and
AI Builder
.
Proficiency in Power Platform development languages like
PowerFX
,
JSON
, and
REST API
.
Strong understanding of integration with data sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 services and Azure cloud ecosystem.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and secure solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform
(e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
Experience with
Power BI
for advanced reporting and visualization.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and process optimization strategies.
