Job Description

We're Hiring – Microsoft Office 365 Engineer (Kerala-based Candidates Only)

Microsoft Office 365 Engineer

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Manage user provisioning and access through
Entra ID (Azure AD)
.
Troubleshoot M365 issues and serve as escalation point.
Monitor service health and run system audits.
Automate tasks with
PowerShell scripts
.
Enforce security, MFA, and compliance policies.

✅ Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in M365 Administration
Strong skills in
Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD
Proficient in
PowerShell scripting
Knowledge in email security, licensing, and compliance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
