The role is responsible for designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization strategies, managing SSO and MFA integrations, automating user lifecycle processes, and onboarding enterprise applications to Microsoft Entra ID. The position requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and deep understanding of IAM principles, identity protection, conditional access, and hybrid identity.

Design and implement secure authentication & authorization strategies using Microsoft Entra ID
SSO & MFA integrations for SaaS and on-prem apps (SAML / OAuth / OIDC)
Configure Conditional Access and Identity Protection policies
Deploy and manage Azure AD Connect and Application Proxy
Lead onboarding of new applications into Entra ID ensuring policy compliance
Implement and support PIM (Privileged Identity Management)
Automate provisioning/deprovisioning via SCIM, HR integration & lifecycle workflows
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and SSO issues
Work with application owners to integrate with Entra ID
Automate & custom development integrations such as Logic apps, power automate and Powershell scripting
Design documentation, SOPs, and assessment,compliance/audit reports

Preferred candidate profile

* Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, authentication standards, user lifecycle & hybrid identity• Experience with Access management for federated SSO
Knowledge of Azure AD Connect, App Proxy, SCIM, PowerShell & REST APIs (advantage)
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
