Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service features, including:
• Unified Routing
• Live Chat
• Knowledge Articles
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps).
• Implement plug-ins and client-side logic using C# and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to define system requirements and architecture.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and deployment packages.
• Troubleshoot and support existing Dynamics CRM applications.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service module).
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• JavaScript
• C#
• Plug-in development
• Workflows and Business Rules
• Experience with Power Platform including Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
• Basic understanding or experience with Copilot Studio or chatbot solutions.
  

Good-to-Have (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with Azure Application Insights, including KQL queries
• Exposure to Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualizations)
• Familiarity with Terraform and/or Snowflake
