Domain Expertise

Experience:

• 8–10 years

  of total IT experience.

• 6–8 years

  of experience in Microsoft technologies, with

  at least 6–8 years

  specifically in

  Dynamics CRM

  , including

  Dynamics 365 CE Cloud (mandatory).

Architecture & Design:

• Demonstrable experience as a

  Technical Architect

  in at least

  2–3 large-scale, end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementations

  , which should include:
• Complex customizations
• More than one module (e.g.,

  Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service

  )
• Multiple integrations
• Multi-geo rollouts

Product Knowledge & Hands-on Expertise:

• Deep and hands-on knowledge of:

• Dynamics 365 CRM modules:

  Sales, Service, Field Service
• Earlier versions:

  MSCRM 2013, MSCRM 2016
