Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant Location: Pan India Job Type: [Full-time] Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions tailored to business needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams to ensure the CRM system optimally supports sales, marketing, and service operations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including configuration, customization, and integration. Develop workflows, business process flows, dashboards, and custom entities. Perform data migration, cleansing, and import/export between systems. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing technical support. Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis. Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and industry best practices. Assist in integration projects using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, or third-party tools. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365 CE). Proficiency in customizing CRM using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience with CRM entities, business rules, workflows, and forms. Understanding of CRM security roles and field-level security. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and basic data modeling. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (e.g., MB-210, PL-200). Experience with JavaScript, C#, and .NET for plugin and workflow development. Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing, Field Service, or Customer Insights modules. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with integration tools like KingswaySoft or Scribe. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.
