Overview:

Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end implementations

  of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM modules.
• Perform

  business analysis, requirement gathering, and FIT/GAP analysis

  to design optimal solutions.
• Configure and customize

  SCM functional modules

  including:
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management (WMS)
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Sales & Marketing (Order-to-Cash)
• Product Information Management (PIM)
• Design and configure

  complex workflows

  for procurement cycles, inventory journals, and other critical processes.
• Provide

  strategic guidance

  for solution architecture, enhancements, and feature management.
• Support

  data migration, integration (B2B/B2C)

  , and system testing (UAT, regression, end-to-end).
• Prepare and maintain documentation:

  BRD, FDD, SOPs, process workbooks, configuration guides

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  change control processes

  and manage upgrades (AX 2012 R2 to R3, D365 enhancements).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years

  of IT experience in ERP domain;

• 5+ years

  working with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009/2012 R3) and D365 F&O.
• Strong expertise in

  SCM modules

  and

  manufacturing processes

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  workflow design, configuration, and customizations

  .
• Proficient in technical design, and deployment.
• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder management skills

  .

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified:
• Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
• MB-300: Core Finance and Operations
• MB-330: Supply Chain Management
• Microsoft Dynamics AX certifications (Financials, Trade & Logistics, Production, Development).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with

  SAP, BAAN ERP, INFOR LN

  .
• Knowledge of

  integration frameworks

  and

  Microsoft LCS

  .
