Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions (minimum 23 full cycle implementations).
Work on CE modules – Sales, Marketing, Customer Service (Field Service is a plus).
Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, test data, and defect reports.
Perform smoke testing, regression testing, data migration testing, and ad-hoc testing in Agile environments.
Use automation tools (Selenium/EasyRepro) for test execution.
Work with Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Pages/Portals, Power Automate, Power BI.
Prepare detailed software test plans & test documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

D365 CE/CRM Implementation & Testing
CE Modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI, Portals/Pages)
Test Automation (Selenium/EasyRepro)
Strong communication & documentation skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in
