Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Azure Cloud Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Azure cloud infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in Azure services, cloud architecture, and best practices for security and compliance. The specialist will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration, performance, and scalability of our cloud-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Azure Cloud Architecture:

Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure.
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure architecture, including networking, storage, and compute resources.

Deployment and Management:

Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources and services, including virtual machines, databases, storage accounts, and more.
Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of cloud resources.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and manage security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and data.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Automation and Scripting:

Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for efficient cloud resource management.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Azure-related issues.
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.

Collaboration and Training:

Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services.
Provide training and guidance to team members and end-users on Azure best practices and tools.

Stay updated with the latest Azure features, updates, and best practices.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance cloud infrastructure efficiency and security.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
Proven experience with Azure services, cloud architecture, and security practices.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Proficiency in Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Associate level certifications.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
