We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Developer based in Noida, India, who will work during US hours. This role will combine low-code development with full-stack engineering and AI integration, enabling the delivery of intelligent, scalable business applications built on the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, SPFx, and third-party AI services such as Azure OpenAI or LangChain.

Role & responsibilities :

Design and develop end-to-end business solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) integrated with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Teams.

• Build Power Automate workflows to automate business processes, notifications, and approval systems.
• Develop and integrate AI models via Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or Hugging Face to embed intelligence into apps.
• Create SPFx webparts, PCF components, and Teams custom tabs for client intranets and collaboration portals.
• Develop and deploy APIs and microservices through Azure Functions, Node.js, or C# backends.
• Build ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with UX designers to implement modern, responsive user interfaces aligned with Microsoft Fluent UI.
• Work closely with architects to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of custom solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for high-performance app delivery.
• Document all development work, architectural decisions, and reusable components.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in Power Platform development, with strong understanding of Dataverse and solution architecture.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) and server-side scripting (C#, Node.js).
• Experience integrating Azure AI and OpenAI APIs into business apps for intelligent automation.
• Microsoft Certified: PL-400 (Developer), PL-600 (Architect), AI-102 (AI Engineer), AZ-204 (Azure Developer).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Power Platform ALM, and YAML-based deployments.
• Ability to design scalable solutions using Power Platform governance standards.
• Strong debugging and analytical thinking skills for troubleshooting complex business logic.
• Experience with Dataverse plug-ins, Power Fx formulas, and dataflows.
• Knowledge of security models, permissions, and data protection within Power Platform and Azure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for agile project delivery.
