Role & responsibilities

Role Summary:

As an Engineer on the Dynamics 365 team, you will be responsible for the configuration,

customization, integration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in line with our

multichannel customer engagement product. Will be responsible for design, development,

testing and supporting deployment the application as per customer's requirement. Manage

Customer/ internal stakeholders.

In this role you will need to collaborate eectively with multiple cross-geographical teams

that include developers, testers, product managers, client implementation specialists,

client operations and DevOps.

Responsibilities:

• Provide eective solutions to the product and project requirements

• Timely and quality delivery of the work items assigned to you

• Do configuration/customization/coding for Dynamics 365 along with the team

• Conduct unit testing for custom development

• Write technical documentation on features developed

• Help the team in troubleshooting and resolving deployment/development issues

• Engage with Microsoft support to troubleshoot platform issues

• Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Participate and contribute to requirement discussions

• Provide eort estimations

• Innovation and implementing new technologies and tools

• Collaborate with the other product teams across geographies

• Able to coach and mentor the team

Required experience and skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 including

customization.

• Should have a good understanding of design Patterns.

• Strong experience of .NET framework using C# to write custom plugins for complex

business logic.

Or

Strong experience in Web API or Advance Queries using Fetch XML, Java-Script &

JSON. Good knowledge and experience with Azure/ Azure Devops and experience in

using ALM for Power Platform including pipelines using Azure DevOps with

managed/unmanaged solutions.

• Deep knowledge of Dataverse preferred

• Must have a working experience of OOB Dynamics 365 capabilities (Workflows, BPF,

Business rules, Rules, Security Model, etc.)

• Must have extensive experience with Power Automate/Flow or Power Apps or Power

Apps Portal.

• Areas in Dynamic must have experience in: Sales OR Marketing

• Experience with Logic Apps, Azure Functions or Event Grid for integration preferred.

• Strong knowledge of OData and Webhooks.

• Strong understanding of best practices for dynamics 365 implementation which

includes performance, architecture and security.

• Preferred: Knowledge of AI concepts and technologies and applying AI in Dynamics

365 or related business applications. Leveraging Azure Cognitive Services, Open AI,

or embedding ML models via Azure ML or AI Builder.

• Understanding of how AI can be used to enhance customer interactions, automate

processes, and provide insights in a Life Sciences context.

• Have a solution design thinking mindset to balance OOB vs Custom.

• Excellent written & communication skills in English

• Mandatory Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

• Agile methodology

• Knowledge of PAC CLI for automation.

• Building custom controls using PCF for model driven and canvas apps.

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
