Micro Home Loan Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Loan Sourcing
• Source Micro Home Loans and LAPs up to ₹10 lakhs
• Promote products like Subhash Saral and Suniwash
• Build local network, generate leads through fieldwork, community outreach, and referrals
• Product Promotion & Customer Interaction
• Educate affordable housing segment customers on loan options and eligibility
• Conduct initial financial assessments to recommend suitable loans
• Documentation & Processing
• Collect and verify documents; ensure compliance with internal and legal standards
• Legal & Technical Coordination
• Coordinate with legal teams for property checks and with valuers for technical reports
• Disbursement Coordination
• Liaise with Asset Centre to ensure timely disbursal
• Troubleshoot legal, technical, and documentation issues

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Graduation
• Experience: Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and local travel readiness are eligible

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of home loans and LAP products
• Knowledge of local geography and borrower segments
• Proficiency in local languages (preferred)
• Ability to ride a two-wheeler (mandatory for field visits)
