• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of home loans and LAP products
• Knowledge of local geography and borrower segments
• Proficiency in local languages (Mandatory)
• Possession of valid two-wheeler license (mandatory for field visits)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Loan Sourcing

• Source Micro Home Loans and LAPs up to 10 lakhs
• Build local network, generate leads through fieldwork, community outreach, and referrals

2. Product Promotion & Customer Interaction

• Educate affordable housing segment customers on loan options and eligibility
• Conduct initial financial assessments to recommend suitable loans

3. Documentation & Processing

• Collect and verify documents; ensure compliance with internal and legal standards

4. Legal & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with legal teams for property checks and with valuers for technical reports

5. Disbursement Coordination

• Liaise with Asset Centre to ensure timely disbursal
• Troubleshoot legal, technical, and documentation issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
