Responsibilities:

Act as a Field Loan Officer, visiting villages and local groups.

Identify and create potential loan groups and complete loan application processes.

Manage loan disbursement and EMI collections in assigned territories.

Build and maintain strong community and customer relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI/NBFC microfinance guidelines.

Prepare and submit reports on loan utilization, repayment status, and customer feedback.
