Job Description

As a Lead Generation & Sourcing specialist, your role will involve generating self-sourced business loan leads from the open market. You will be required to visit various locations such as shops, offices, industrial areas, and MSME clusters to source BL cases for proprietors, partnerships, and companies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Explaining loan products, eligibility criteria, ROI, and the application process to potential customers - Collecting complete customer requirements and necessary documents for loan processing - Building trust with customers and closing eligible business loan cases effectively For Documentation & Processing, you will be responsible for: - Collecting and verifying KYC documents, financial statements, and business proofs - Coordinating with credit and operations teams for seamless processing - Ensuring accurate data entry and case login for each application In Conversion & Disbursement Support, you will: - Follow up for approvals and disbursements of loans - Address customer queries and resolve any issues related to the disbursement process - Ensure timely and hassle-free loan disbursal to the customers In terms of Compliance & Quality, you will need to: - Adhere to bank, RBI, and DSA sourcing guidelines - Avoid mis-selling practices and incorrect commitments - Focus on quality sourcing to maintain a low rejection ratio Your reporting & field activities will involve: - Submitting daily activity and sales reports to the relevant teams - Maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions for future reference Additionally, the company provides benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund for all permanent employees. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience in loans, 2 years in banking (required), and 2 years in field sales (preferred). Please note that the work location for this position is on the road, requiring regular travel to different locations for lead generation and customer interactions.
