Micro Business Loan Executive

1. Lead Generation & Sourcing

• Generate self-sourced business loan leads from open market
• Visit shops, offices, industrial areas and MSME clusters
• Source BL cases for proprietors, partnerships and companies

2. Customer Interaction & Sales

• Explain loan products, eligibility, ROI and process
• Collect complete customer requirements and documents
• Build trust and close eligible business loan cases

3. Documentation & Processing

• Collect and verify KYC, financials and business proofs
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams
• Ensure correct data entry and case login

4. Conversion & Disbursement Support

• Follow up for approvals and disbursements
• Address customer and bank queries
• Ensure timely loan disbursal

5. Compliance & Quality

• Follow bank, RBI and DSA sourcing guidelines
• Avoid mis-selling and incorrect commitments
• Ensure quality sourcing and low rejection ratio

6. Reporting & Field Activity

• Submit daily activity and sales reports
• Maintain lead and customer records

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
