Drive Overview Date & Time : 10th September 2025 (Tentative) Mode : Virtual (Google Meet) Positions : Demonstartor Target Group : Experienced professionals from [Tractor /Agri / Tractor dealership) Eligibility Criteria Education : B.E/B.Tech/Diploma/ITI/ 12th Experience : Minimum [4 years] in Sales / Strategic Marketing Role and Responsibility Demonstrator: 1) Field Activity - Takes care of 8 to 10 dealerships and visit unique villages in assigned territory - To do surveys and identify prospect customers in unique villages - To invite prospect customers & conduct tractor demonstrations on a timely basis. 2) Inquiry Generation & Conversion - Generate inquiries by effectively showcasing tractor features during demonstrations - Convert potential leads into confirmed customers through follow-up and ensure tractor delivery post-demonstration 3)Customer Handling - Address customer queries after tractor demonstrations 4) Field Activity Arrangement - Ensure all arrangements are made in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) prior to conducting any demonstration, including venue readiness, equipment checksRole & responsibilities Apply till 7th September 2026 to participate in the recruitment drive.
