Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Manager role based in Mylliem. The MICE Manager will plan, organize, and execute meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, managing budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, leading event logistics, ensuring high-quality customer service, and delivering exceptional event outcomes. The role demands creativity, strong organizational capabilities, and leadership skills to manage teams and execute seamless events.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning, Event Coordination, and organizing corporate meetings and events
• Strong skills in Budget Management, Vendor Negotiations, and Resource Allocation
• Proficiency in Communication, Team Collaboration, and Strong Leadership skills
• Ability to manage projects effectively while adhering to deadlines and ensuring quality delivery
• Familiarity with the MICE industry, including trends and tools, is preferable
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for managing event-related challenges
• Educational background in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or Business Administration is preferred
