About the Role

Medifodil Smart Pharma Solutions is seeking an experienced MICC Specialist to manage Medical Information inquiries and safety-related communications across multiple channels. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely handling of Medical Information (MI), Adverse Events (AEs), Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), and Special Situations in line with global regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Medical Information inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, web, IVRS, and digital platforms.
• Provide accurate, balanced, and approved medical responses as per company SOPs.
• Identify, document, and triage Adverse Events (AEs), Serious Adverse Events (SAEs), and Special Situations within defined timelines.
• Capture and route Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) to Quality teams as per procedures.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation in MICC and safety databases.
• Perform follow-ups for missing information and ensure timely case closure.
• Maintain compliance with ICH, GVP, FDA, EMA guidelines and internal SOPs.
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in MICC, Medical Information, or Pharmacovigilance.
• Hands-on experience with MI handling, AE intake, and PQC processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict timelines.
• Familiarity with safety/MICC systems (e.g., Argus, Veeva, CRM tools).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
